Laboratory Furniture

Laboratory furniture manufactured by LABSTAR-MEDIC is made of and designed in line with the PN-EN 13150 standard. Resources used in the production process of our furniture are carefully selected and chosen according to the current standards. The furniture offered by us is a system that can be freely manipulated and adjusted for different configurations. Modular design of the laboratory furniture allows to fit the furniture to any shape of a room.

 

LABORATORY FRAME KITS

A laboratory frame kit is a basic element of each laboratory stand. It supports the worktop and provides the possibility to attach a cabinet which makes it easier to maintain cleanliness. Frame kits are divided into two groups:

⁃ “C” type – constructed of 60×30 steel hollow sections made of high-grade steel, and powder coated with chemically resistant paints. The frame of a table has vertical and horizontal control with the use of adjustable buttons.

⁃ ”A” type – constructed of 30×30 steel hollow sections made of high-grade steel, and powder coated with chemically resistant paints. The frame of a table has vertical and horizontal control with the use of adjustable buttons.

LABORATORY WORKTOPS

The most important feature of a laboratory stand is a worktop. Because of the right choice of the work surface, furniture is more endurable, which allows to effectively use them for years. Worktops may have different edges, depending on what material was used for the production: round edges (single round, double round), square edges or waterfall edges (that prevent a liquid to flow down from the worktop).

Depending on different requirements when it comes to the chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance and types of edges, we offer a variety of worktops:

⁃ monolithic ceramic worktop

⁃ quartz-granite conglomerate worktop
⁃ epoxy resin worktop
⁃ phenolic resin worktop

METAL LABORATORY CABINETS

The metal laboratory cabinet made in whole of zinc covered steel sheet is powder coated with epoxy coatings. It preservers a number of properties, namely inflammability, easy cleaning, non-soakability and cathodic galvanic protection against corrosion. The cabinets have modular design and are easily configurable and adjustable. They also have a hygienic certificate. Different colors are available according to the RAL color standard.

LAMINATED LABORATORY CABINETS

The laminated laboratory cabinet is made in whole of the 18mm laminated particle board. The front of a cabinet is made of HPL high pressure laminate. The visible edges of a cabinet are taped with 2 mm PVC tape. A used laminated board has a hygienic certificate. The cabinets have modular design and are easily configurable and adjustable. Different colors are available according to EGGER color template.

LABORATORY TABLES

Laboratory tables are made of materials that have all required certificates allowing them to be used in production of furniture for medical and laboratory facilities. They are highly resistant to disinfectants, UV radiation, acids and bases. The tables are manufactured in compliance with the hygiene class E-1. A table consists of three parts which can be different depending on the type of work conducted in a laboratory. The whole includes a frame, worktop and attached cabinet. The laboratory tables have modular designs and are easily configurable. The colors of all elements are chosen according to color templates.

LABORATORY CHAIRS AND STOOLS

Laboratory chairs and rotary stools with the gas-column cylinders as shock absorption. The chairs have five-star base, with freely movable wheels suitable for hard and soft surfaces. The back and the seat are ergonomic and shaped, easy to clean and do not soak liquids. The back and the seat can be easily adjusted.

UPPER CABINETS

Installed upper cabinets are attached permanently to a laboratory worktop. They consist of two steel cylinders with triangle sections. The upper cabinets have two shelves and media connections: electricity, water, laboratory gases and work stand light.
